I enjoy living at Sunrise Village because it is a quite peaceful and affordable
senior living complex.  One of the main reasons is because of the unit manager
Beatrice Natal, she is very considerate of the needs of all the people that
Sunrise Village.  She goes above and beyond to take of our needs.  There are a
lot of activities for the residents here to take advantage of when we get out
of our homes.

I considered myself very fortunate when I discovered Sunrise Village.  After having been here more than 10 years I know I made a good decision in making the move.  We remember all the things that can go wrong in your home; leaky faucets, the AC going screwy, etc.  We don't have those problems here!  If there ever is a small problem, we just call Bea (leasing manager) or Ralph (maintenance) and anything is fixed.  And there is a mix of friends here to be made.  Young and old, women and men, Hispanic and Anglo and what a mix within those groups!  Our location is great - half way between Austin and San Antonio with 3 malls withint our small city limits, an incredible library in town and a small one the tenants created right here in the common room.  And what a pretty town!

Living here is a pleasure, lots of friendly aring peole, a large variety of activities, near medical failities and a leasing manager who cares.  Repairs are done in a timely manner and they listen to you.  I would recommend the Village to anyone, it's a great place to live.

In searching for a place to live 11 years ago, I came to Sunrise Village.  Being happy has always been the ultimate goal in my life.  The location of Sunrise Village is ideal, at least to me.  It is a friendly community and a great staff.  You will not find a better repair and maintenance person than Ralph, the bus service is excellent with Fred, who is one of the most patient people around.  Bea is very acomodating and nice.  I do appreciate the apartments all being on the ground level, having doors wide enough to allow for power chairs, all electric kitchens, and some apartments have vaulted ceilings.  We have sidewalks and more walk space than I can use, ample parking and street lights.  What more can I say? I am happy!!!
